Real Estate Marketing Director with a Designer's Eye and a Photographer's Perspective

Marketing strategy, creative direction, and the photography that makes a property legible.
A marketer's strategy, a designer's eye, a photographer's patience.
The practice
I'm a Denver-based real estate marketing director with more than 14 years in commercial and residential real estate. I lead marketing strategy and creative direction for properties and the teams that bring them to market — then stay hands-on, designing the collateral, shaping the campaign, or shooting the property myself.
The design work
Most of what I make lives in print and on screen: offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, market reports, property brochures, and email campaigns. Typography, photography and a disciplined grid do the heavy lifting, so a dense page of numbers still feels worth reading and a listing still feels like it has a point of view.
The photography
The pictures come first — interiors, twilight exteriors, amenities, aerials — and the design is built around them. Outside of real estate, landscape and travel photography is what I do for myself: high desert, coastline and alpine, made on foot, at first light, with a tripod and a lot of patience.
Off the clock
Outside of work I coach competitive youth soccer and play on a men's team for fun. I also climb, mountain bike, snowboard, golf and fish — which is usually why I'm somewhere with a camera before sunrise.
